We are based along Heath Road in the Boughton Monchlesea area. You may find some satellite navigation systems will take you to Coxheath, this is the wrong end of Heath Road. Please follow the instruction below or simply enter the GPS Coordinates in your Sat Nav:

Coming from Maidstone Town Center:

You will reach some cross roads with a Shell Garage on your right hand side and a School on your left. Turn left at the cross roads (Heath Road). You will pass a large sign on the right "Welcome to Boughton Monchelsea", we are located roughly 200 yards on the left. You should see a stack of business names on a post with "Lux Studios" - Indicate left, we are the black building, number 6.

Coming from Coxheath / East Farleigh, Wateringbury:

If coming through Coxheath area, stay on Heath Road, you will eventually hit some cross roads, go straight over, you will pass a large school on your left and shortly another school on your right. You will pass a large sign on the right "Welcome to Boughton Monchelsea", we are located roughly 200 yards on the left. You should see a stack of business names on a post with "Lux Studios" - Indicate left, we are the black building, number 6.

Coming from Leeds / Sutton Valence:

Coming from this direction can be a little tricky, you need to stay on the main road (Heath Road). You should pass a pub on your right hand side (The Cock Inn). You will then pass a large playing field on your right hand side, we are roughly 150 yards on the right hand side, unfortunately you can not see any business signs from this way, however there is an electrical post with a bright orange tag/poster. As soon as you see that, indicate right and pull down the drive in between 2 houses, we are the black building, number 6.
